Name, email address, workspace preferences, and authentication identifiers created through Supabase when you sign up or log in.

Billing information

Payment method details and billing history handled by Stripe. We never store your full card number on our servers.

Content and assets

Prompts, article drafts, media files, and SEO settings that you choose to generate or upload inside the platform.

Usage analytics

Device data, browser type, approximate location, feature interactions, and diagnostic events that help us monitor performance and prevent abuse.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data to power the product experience and keep your workspace secure, never to sell it. Typical uses include:

Delivering core features

Authenticating you, saving projects, generating SEO-ready articles, images, and outlines, and syncing content with connected services like WordPress.

Improving quality

Aggregating usage trends to refine prompts, increase model accuracy, and prioritize roadmap improvements.

Communicating with you

Sending product updates, billing notices, and critical alerts. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time from the email footer.

Securing the platform

Detecting fraud, enforcing acceptable use, and complying with legal obligations that apply to our business.

Data Sharing and Processors

We share data with trusted vendors that help us operate go/organic. Each processor is bound by agreements that limit how they can use your information.

Supabase

Provides authentication, database, and file storage. Data is stored in regions selected within Supabase and protected by role-based security.

Stripe

Handles payment processing, subscription management, and customer invoices on our behalf.

Hosting and observability

We rely on cloud infrastructure, logging, and monitoring tools to keep the service performant and reliable.

Voluntary integrations

If you connect third-party services (for example, WordPress), we share only the data required to complete the actions you request.

You can delete individual projects at any time. To close your account and remove remaining data, email support so we can assist you.

Unsubscribe from marketing communications through the email footer or adjust notification settings in your workspace.

Model training controls

Prompts and outputs are not used to train public AI models. If we pilot new training programs, we will provide a clear opt-in.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Storage duration

Workspace content remains until you remove it or request account deletion. Billing records are kept to meet tax and accounting rules.

Protection measures

Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, continuous monitoring, and routine reviews of authentication and role policies.

Incident response

If we become aware of unauthorized access that affects your personal data, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required.

International Transfers

go/organic operates globally. When we transfer data across borders, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms aligned with applicable laws.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone in that age group.
