Terms of Service

Build organic growth with clear, fair guardrails.

These terms explain how you can use go/organic, what we promise to deliver, and the responsibilities that keep the platform running smoothly for everyone.

Last updated October 15, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using go/organic, you agree to these Terms of Service and any referenced policies. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Our Services

go/organic provides an AI-powered platform for planning, generating, and publishing SEO-focused content, together with analytics, integrations, and collaboration tools. We may introduce new features, retire legacy ones, or change limits to keep improving the service.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring that anyone who accesses your workspace complies with these Terms. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel through the billing portal. Stripe processes all payments on our behalf. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice. Taxes and foreign exchange fees are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period starts. For annual plans, contact support within 14 days of renewal to request a pro-rated refund if you have not materially used the service during that period.

6. Customer Content

You retain ownership of the prompts, articles, media, and metadata you upload or create with go/organic. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and support the platform. We do not use your private workspace data to train public models.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use go/organic to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, generate harmful or deceptive content, or attempt to access other users' data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy.

8. Integrations and Third-Party Services

Connecting third-party services such as WordPress is optional. When you enable an integration, you authorize us to exchange the data required to complete the actions you initiate. We are not responsible for third-party terms or privacy practices.

9. Platform Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, updates, and factors outside our control may cause downtime. We will announce major changes and maintenance windows whenever practical.

10. Beta and Experimental Features

We may offer early access features labeled as beta, preview, or experimental. These features are provided as-is, may contain bugs, and can change or be discontinued at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

The go/organic platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the platform except as allowed by applicable law.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to go/organic in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or any violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before the termination date.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes unless otherwise required by law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
